Dream Factory was built to develop the complete athlete: mentally and physically, while equipping he or she with the necessary skill set to reach their dreams in life and in sport. Dream Factory is able to enhance the skill, movement qualities, strength, speed, and IQ to help athletes be successful. Sierra’s focus is to target athletes who are eager to learn and willing to work but whose parents understand that it is a process and commitment to build the complete athlete.
